Among the Personal Data collected by Padova Hall, either autonomously or through third parties, there are: name, surname, phone number, address, email, various types of data, city, cookies, usage data, profession, and company name.

Complete details on each type of collected data are provided in the dedicated sections of this privacy policy or through specific informative texts displayed before the data collection itself. Personal Data may be freely provided by the User or, in the case of Usage Data, collected automatically during the use of our sites.

Unless otherwise specified, all the data requested in the forms on our sites are mandatory. If the User refuses to provide them, it may be impossible for Padova Hall to provide the Service. In cases where Padova Hall indicates some data as optional, Users are free to refrain from communicating such data without any consequences on the availability or operation of the Service.

2.1) Personal Data of Third Parties Voluntarily Provided by You

The interested user acknowledges that the possible indication of personal data on our commercial documentation and/or electronic forms via the internet represents a processing of personal data for which they act as the data controller of the personal data of the aforementioned subjects. Therefore, the interested user, as the data controller of the personal and contact data of the aforementioned subjects, will ensure that the personal and contact data of the aforementioned subjects have been collected and communicated in compliance with the current privacy regulations. To this end, they undertake, under Article 13 of the Code and Article 13 of the GDPR, to inform the aforementioned subjects whose personal data is collected and communicated about the methods and purposes of the processing. The personal data of the aforementioned subjects will be communicated solely for the purpose of providing and managing our services.

Personal data will be processed, with the explicit prior consent of the Data Subject, where necessary, by Padova Hall for the purposes pursued as an independent Data Controller, as better described below.

Padova Hall will process your personal data for the following purposes:

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is a) the contract and/or participation in the commercial and/or b) promotional initiative to which the Data Subject is a party, in order to allow the execution and management of the Services by Padova Hall.

The provision of personal data for the purpose referred to in point a) is mandatory, and the failure to provide personal data will result in the impossibility of executing and managing Padova Hall’s Services.

The provision of personal data for the purposes referred to in point b) is optional, and the failure to provide it will only result in Padova Hall’s inability to i) send you advertising and promotional messages and conduct market research and/or ii) proceed with the mentioned profiling.

We also specify that if you have given consent to authorize Padova Hall to pursue the aforementioned purposes, you remain free at any time to revoke the consent and/or oppose the processing of data for the aforementioned purposes by sending a clear written communication to the contact details specified in paragraph 11 “Contacts for the exercise of data subject rights and for further information” below, without any formalities.

Regarding the exercise of the right to object for marketing purposes, please note that if exercised by the Data Subject, it will apply to all contact methods, both electronic and automated, and traditional, except for the possibility of exercising the right to object only through certain contact channels.

Upon receiving such a request for revocation and/or objection, Padova Hall will promptly proceed with the removal and deletion of the Data Subject’s personal data from the databases and inform, where possible, any third parties to whom the data has been communicated of the same deletion purposes.

5. Methods of Personal Data Processing

The processing of personal data will be carried out using manual, computer, and telematic tools, as well as paper, for the sole time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.

The Data Controller adopts appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of Personal Data.

Processing is carried out using computer and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and logics strictly related to the specified purposes.

6. Recipients of Personal Data

The personal data collected – which will not be subject to disclosure – may be communicated by Padova Hall to:

  • Employees, agents, or collaborators of Padova Hall (administrative, commercial, legal, marketing, system administrators, consultants);
  • Entities providing assistance and consultancy services to Padova Hall in accounting, administrative, legal, tax, and financial matters, or other external subjects (such as technical and/or functional third-party service providers, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies);
  • Subjects, entities, or authorities to whom the communication of your personal data is mandatory by virtue of legal provisions or orders from authorities;

7. Transfer of personal data outside the EU

Your personal data and those of other parties will not be transferred outside the European Union.

8. Retention Period of Personal Data

We inform you that Padova Hall will retain personal data for the time necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.


  • Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Data Controller and the Data Subject will be retained until the completion of such contract.
  • Personal Data collected for purposes attributable to the legitimate interest of the Data Controller will be retained until the satisfaction of such interest. The Data Subject can obtain further information about the legitimate interest pursued by the Data Controller in the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the Data Controller.
  • When processing is based on the consent of the Data Subject, the Data Controller may retain the Personal Data longer until such consent is revoked. Additionally, the Data Controller may be required to retain Personal Data for a longer period in compliance with a legal obligation or an order from an authority.

At the end of the retention period, the Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, upon expiration of this period, the right of access, deletion, rectification, and the right to data portability can no longer be exercised.

Legal Defense

The Personal Data of the Data Subject may be used by the Data Controller in court or in the preparatory stages leading to possible legal action for defense against the misuse of our sites or connected services by the Data Subject.
